Our vision is to reach out and enrich the lives of the youth in our communities to reduce juvenile crime and deliquency. We unite law enforcement officers with our youth, showing them there is a life outside of the crime culture. Building lasting mentorships and relationships with the youth and their family.
Our various programs provide safe and supervised environments in recreation, athletics, social, education, and cultural activities.
These programs are made possible by generous monetary donations, Officer's volunteered off-duty time, and community grants.

Our board members are not just Officers. We strive to provide a diverse program, including members of the community on our board. This enables us to serve youth from every corner of our community.
